Preparação
Preheat the oven to 200 º C.
In a bowl whisk together the eggs and speculoos spread
Carefully fold in the sifted flour.
Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes in ramekins previously greased with butter or non-stick spray.
Remove from the oven, let them cool down slightly and then invert on a plate. Serve with ice cream and speculoos cookies.
