For the cookies:

For the icing:

egg white

Preparação
For the cookies:
In a bowl mix flour, salt and spices. Set aside.
Beat the butter with sugar until it becomes a paler color.
Add the eggs and honey. Continue mixing.
Lower the speed setting on the mixer. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients.
Make a ball of cookie dough. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
Remove from the fridge and shape your cookies to your liking.
Distribute across two trays, previously greased and lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, until they are nice golden color. Let the cookies cool down completely.
For the icing:
Mix the egg white with the lemon juice.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar until you have the desired consistency to decorate the cookies.
Decorate the cookies to your liking using a pastry bag.
