Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix with the hand whisker to cool it down a little.
Add the sugars and beat for a few minutes.
One by one, add the eggs, continuing to stir. Next pour in the cherry liquor and stir again.
Finally, sift in the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, folding them in with a spatula.
Place the mixture in a square cake pan or tray (23x23 cm), previously greased and lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the borders of the brownie comes out dry, but still slightly wet in the center.
Whipped Cream Topping
In the mixer, beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks, slowly adding the sugar and liquor.
Using a pastry bag, decorate the brownie with whipped cream. Top it with cherries and chocolate shavings.
Notas
The baking time can be adjusted depending on how creamy you like how your brownie to be. I recommend that you keep the brownie in the fridge to conserve the taste and texture.
