This fondant is one of the easiest and quickest recipes I have shared. It only takes 3 ingredients and about 20 minutes to prepare. If you like speculoos cookies, it is a must-try.
All you need to do is mix all the ingredients in a bowl, bake, and voilá! It should be eaten still warm, so it is very creamy inside, and it goes perfectly with a scoop of ice cream.

Speculoos Fondant
with only 3 ingredients and ready in 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 eggs (3 whole + 1 yolk)
- 400 g speculoos spread
- 50 g all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 º C.
- In a bowl whisk together the eggs and speculoos spread
- Carefully fold in the sifted flour.
- Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes in ramekins previously greased with butter or non-stick spray.
- Remove from the oven, let them cool down slightly and then invert on a plate. Serve with ice cream and speculoos cookies.
