My name is Gonçalo and I love baking, from the most traditional to the super gourmet. I am from Lisbon and I’m 25 years old.
About 4 years ago I started a small online cake shop, which helped me learn a lot about baking and try hundreds of delicious recipes.
With this blog I aim to share many of those recipes, in an accessible and simple fashion, so that you can try to recreate them from home. The same way I did, 10 years ago, when I first started adventuring through the vast world of pastry.
